Subscriptions - Getting Help
Introduction
To understand and feel in control of your participation in any 70589 service, full transparency is provided through the HELP command, the online Text-Messaging 4 Me service and, of course, this website as well. Furthermore, the TM4B HelpDesk is also available to ensure that you receive a satisfactory customer care experience.
Help Command
By texting in the word HELP, you can request basic information/help through your mobile handset.
If the HELP command is followed by a service keyword, e.g. HELP KEYWORD, you will receive a text-message in response which contains:
- A short description of the service.
- Pricing terms for the service.
- Information about how you can opt-out from the service.
If the HELP command is by itself whilst you are subscribed to only one service, you will also receive the same information, otherwise you will receive more general help about the 70589 program.
Text-Messaging 4 Me
Text-Messaging 4 Me is an online service for mobile users with whom our content providers interact. Its purpose is to give mobile users complete control of the messages they receive through our messaging platform and, in addition to our anti-spam policies, ensure that they have the final say as to which messages they receive.
By logging into Text-Messaging 4 Me, you can:
- View your two-way message history.
- Learn more about the content providers to which each message belong.
- File complaints about content providers.
- View your existing subscriptions.
- View your subscription history.
- Opt-out from one, more or all 70589 services.
TM4B HelpDesk
The TM4B HelpDesk is a dedicated resource which provides help for all of our services. It consists of a Contact Centre, a Development Weblog and a continuously updated Knowledge Base.
